I was extremely surprised at how easy it was to order an appliance on the phone (after researching which washing machine I wanted). Chuck made the process simple and quick. Item was in stock and delivery was made the next day. It was a bonus dealing with a person, all my questions were answered by Chuck and he made the buying process seemless. The delivery and setup team were efficient. I will buy again from this store!

Had a wonderful experience with Mason. Would definitely go back. Purchased a washer and dryer. Realized I purchased the wrong type of dryer, Mason was super accommodating, understanding and helpful. I came here after going to best buy initially and I never turned back! I felt like my business was valued and I was heard/seen and taken care of. I highly recommend

Everything was great from Charles in Sales to Delivery! It was noticed by delivery gentleman, Fritz, that the appliance was damaged. He took charge immediately and arrange for another delivery the very next day! He Reviewed the range mechanisms with me and completed testing. Excellent service . Kudos to your staff!

New Jetson's customer for life! I called Jetson's on a Wednesday after completing my online research and selecting a new washer. Quick & friendly purchase process by phone with Chuck, who cheerfully matched the lowest competitor's price I had found (actually beat it by a few dollars!). He also arranged for delivery/install the very next morning. Delivery & install was courteous, neat and seamless. Installer, Ali, also took the time to switch out the water hoses to the type I prefer before leveling the washer and demonstrating its basic functions. This first experience with Jetson's is why they will now be the first call I make for all my appliance needs!
